I live in a duplex in the middle of town and I have a spare bedroom. Half of rent is $340 but utilities are not included, so it should equal close to $500 in total. I am 20 year old woman and attending school. I need someone not too loud and you have to clean up after yourself. I also have a house trained 5 month old kitten. I have the living room furnished and a bunch of kitchen supplies. Feel free to ask me any other questions.
